At the meeting, Party branch secretary Zhao Changjiang led all Party members in a line-by-line study of the original text of the "Central Eight-Point Regulation" and its "Implementation Details," combining the Ministry of Justice's "Several Provisions on Further Regulating the Professional Conduct of Lawyers," focusing on analyzing the profound implications of clauses such as "strictly prohibiting the illegal acceptance of gifts and money," "prohibiting acceptance of banquets that may affect judicial impartiality," and "practicing thrift and opposing waste."

Case warnings sound the alarm By analyzing typical negative cases of illegal case acceptance and benefit transfer in the legal profession, it warns Party member lawyers to always keep a tight rein on discipline, resolutely eliminate "relationship cases," and achieve "having awe in one's heart, being cautious in one's words, and being restrained in one's actions."

Secretary Zhao Changjiang emphasized "Lawyers are socialist legal workers, and Party member lawyers should take the lead in deeply integrating Party discipline and rules with professional norms, becoming legal guardians trusted by the Party and the people."
