Earth Charity | Learn first aid skills and be a guardian of life

This training invited three experienced senior instructors, 宋志斌, 李明徽, and 李梦婷, to teach. It adopted a combination of theoretical teaching and practical on-site training. The course content included emergency first aid four-step method, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), AED defibrillation, emergency methods for airway foreign body obstruction, wound management, fracture fixation, and other special injury treatments.

During the practical session, the instructors intuitively demonstrated steps such as CPR, AED defibrillation, and trauma hemostasis and bandaging using mannequins and other models. Participants were divided into groups for simulated exercises, with instructors providing real-time checks and guidance, correcting errors promptly to ensure the standardization and effectiveness of emergency operations. After careful guidance from the instructors and a day of intensive learning, all participants effectively mastered basic first-aid knowledge and skills and successfully passed both the theoretical and practical assessments.

Through this first-aid training, everyone's ability to remain calm and react quickly in emergencies has been effectively improved, their self-rescue and mutual aid emergency first-aid capabilities have been enhanced, and their reverence for life has also been boosted.
