Heilongjiang Provincial Agricultural Investment Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Nongtou Group) was established in January 2019. It is the only provincial-level agricultural investment and financing platform and external cooperation platform in our province, and an important carrier for the construction of scientific and technological agriculture, green agriculture, quality agriculture, and brand agriculture in our province.

Nongtou Group focuses on the main businesses related to agriculture and grain, focusing on "China's grain, China's rice bowl." With a national perspective, it promotes the implementation of "from farm to table" and "from agriculture to industry," undertaking the mission of "safeguarding national food security and striving to be a pioneer in the modernization of national agriculture." It uses technological innovation to lead the comprehensive revitalization of the industry, taking the development of modern large-scale agriculture as its main direction, accelerating the construction of modern large bases, large enterprises, and large industries, building six major sectors: large technology, large grain trade, large food, large data, large capital, and large production and finance, using brands and marketing as "two wheels" and technology and capital as "two wings." It promotes the transformation of Heilongjiang agriculture from "growing well to selling well," extending the industrial chain, improving the value chain, and promoting increased income for farmers in Longjiang and increased efficiency in agriculture.

Nongtou Group is one of the four state-owned capital investment companies in our province, with a total of 66 enterprises at all levels. Currently, it ranks 344th in the China Top 500 Service Enterprises and 84th in the China Top 500 Agricultural Enterprises. The "Jingu Farm" brand under the Group ranks 243rd in the China Top 500 Most Valuable Brands with a brand value of 408.13 billion yuan, ranking 8th among Chinese agricultural brands.

Nongtou Group deeply studies and implements the important speeches and instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping at the symposium on promoting the comprehensive revitalization of Northeast China in the new era and during his inspection of Heilongjiang. It firmly grasps the strategic positioning given to Longjiang by General Secretary Xi, and solidly promotes the three-year special action for state-owned enterprise reform, and builds and improves the modern enterprise system. It firmly implements the Group's "123456" development strategy, focusing on building "five guarantee systems," and following the "44321" enterprise governance strategy, implementing the construction of "four systems."
