Longjiang Bank Co., Ltd. is a joint-stock company established on November 27, 2009, with the approval of the China Banking Regulatory Commission, through the merger and reorganization of the original Daqing City Commercial Bank, Qiqihar City Commercial Bank, Mudanjiang City Commercial Bank, and Qitaihe City Urban Credit Cooperative.
