As the year turns and a new chapter unfolds, Harbin's New United Front Work Department grandly held its 2023 annual meeting, themed "Strengthening Our Foundation, Uniting for a New Journey." Attendees included Hu Songtao, Deputy Minister of the Municipal Committee of the United Front Work Department; Sun Jianwei, Party Secretary of the Municipal Federation of Literary and Art Circles; Ding Qinghai, Deputy Director of the Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau; Li Jianxin, Standing Committee Member and Minister of the United Front Work Department of Dao Wai District; Li Yanbo, Standing Committee Member and Minister of the Propaganda Department of Wuchang City; Xia Xia, non-party representative and Deputy Director of the Municipal Forestry and Grassland Bureau; Wu Xufeng, representative of returned overseas students, member of the Party Committee and vice president of Harbin University; as well as relevant officials from the New Social Strata United Front Work Office of the Municipal Committee of the United Front Work Department, the Network Security Emergency Command and Support Center of the Municipal Cyberspace Administration Office, the Association Work Department of the Municipal Federation of Literary and Art Circles, representatives from the Municipal Intellectuals United Front and the Municipal Returned Overseas Students Association. Zhao Jingyu, partner at Heilongjiang Dadi Law Firm, attended the meeting and was successfully elected as the new vice chairman and appointment letters were issued at the meeting 。

Following the establishment of the new session of the New United Front, it will strengthen its own construction, continuously improve its sense of social responsibility, and create a positive atmosphere of caring for those in need and assisting in social governance, starting anew and working together on a new journey.
