On the morning of March 7, 2019, the Party branch of Heilongjiang Dadi Law Firm held a party member meeting to re-elect the Party branch secretary and committee members, and to discuss the 2019 themed party day activities. According to the approval of the Party General Branch of Nangang District Judicial Bureau, the Dadi Law Firm Party branch was re-elected. All party members elected Zhao Changjiang as the Party branch secretary of Dadi Law Firm through anonymous voting, and Kong Linghong and Shen Fengjiao as the two committee members. The term of office of this Party branch is three years.

After the election of the Party branch secretary, the party member meeting discussed the "themed party day activities" of 2019 according to the standard of holding one activity per month, and initially determined the theme of the activities.
