Beidahuang Grain Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Grain Group) was established in April 2009 in Harbin Economic Development Zone, with a registered capital of 500 million RMB, in accordance with the "Heilongjiang Province's 100 Billion Jin Grain Modern Circulation Industry Development Strategic Project Plan" formulated by the Heilongjiang Provincial Government in 2008 and the requirements of the 35th special meeting of the Heilongjiang Provincial Government in 2008, and funded by Beidahuang Group, with its domain name approved by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.

The Grain Group is currently the vice chairman unit of the China Grain Commercial Association, a key provincial leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization, and the vice chairman unit of the Heilongjiang Corn Industry Association; it has successively won honors such as: the Advanced Collective of the National Grain System awarded by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Grain Bureau in 2014, the National Enterprise that Keeps Contracts and Values Credit awarded by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce for many consecutive years, Top 100 Grain and Oil Enterprises in China, Top 10 Grain and Oil Groups in China, Top 10 Agricultural Brands in China's 40 Years of Reform and Opening Up, Heilongjiang Province's Honest Demonstration Enterprise, and Advanced Collective of Heilongjiang Province's Grain System. The Grain Group coordinates the development of policy grain reserves, domestic grain trade, import and export trade, and finished grain processing and operation business segments. It mainly engages in grain acquisition; wholesale and import and export of grains, beans, and tubers; wholesale and import and export of rice, flour products, and edible oil; wholesale and import and export of feed; wholesale and import and export of candy and sugar; wholesale and import and export of Chinese medicine; wholesale and import and export of building materials; wholesale and import and export of metals and metal ores; wholesale and import and export of meat, poultry, eggs, and dairy products; wholesale and import and export of other chemical products (excluding dangerous goods); trade agency; wholesale and import and export of machinery and equipment; wholesale and import and export of beverages; wholesale of coal. The Grain Group has a policy grain inventory of more than 6 million tons, an annual business volume of more than 8 million tons, an annual operating income of 18 billion RMB, and an annual tax payment of more than 50 million RMB. The Grain Group currently has 80 secondary subsidiaries, including 26 wholly-owned subsidiaries, 33 holding subsidiaries, 1 joint venture subsidiary, 1 entrusted holding subsidiary, and 19 branches, with business outlets throughout 13 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities, including Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning, Hebei, Shandong, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Fujian, Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan, Sichuan, Hubei, and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region; it currently has 1143 employees on record. As of the end of December 2019, the Grain Group occupies 5.6 million square meters, has a fixed storage capacity of 8.275 million tons, 53 sets of drying facilities (with a daily drying capacity of 33,000 tons), and 13,000 meters of dedicated railway lines, with total assets of 14.07 billion RMB, of which fixed assets are 2.56 billion RMB.
