【Job Responsibilities】
1. Responsible for the operation of the firm's new media projects;
2. Responsible for the layout of new media platforms, planning, building, supervising, and executing the content production matrix;
3. Responsible for the development of new functions on new media platforms, strategic promotion, and the formulation and implementation of operational strategies;
4. Responsible for the overall planning and operation management of content related to new media platforms, including planning, topic selection, execution, and publication, and grasping the overall style and direction of development;
5. Analyze and understand the needs of users and clients, and adjust the content construction of new media platforms accordingly;
6. Utilize professional data analysis tools to analyze fan new media operation indicators and improve operational efficiency and effectiveness;
7. Based on product attributes and corporate culture, combined with social hot events, plan and organize online and offline promotional activities;
8. Responsible for the planning, operation, and promotion of the firm's new media platforms, such as the company website, Weibo, WeChat, and Xiaohongshu;

【Job Responsibilities】
1. Master the legal basics and assist the team leader in organizing case materials;

3. Handle incoming letters and visits regarding legal issues, and answer simple legal inquiries. Assist in organizing and drafting relevant documents;

【Job Requirements】
1. Law-related major, postgraduate (including third-year postgraduate students) or above;
