Zhao Guoxin, Vice President of the Provincial Lawyers Association; Song Yinshi, Vice President of the Provincial Lawyers Association; Wang Mingrui, Deputy Director of the Training Department of the Provincial Lawyers Association; Liu Li, Director of the Financial and Tax Law Professional Committee of Heilongjiang Provincial Lawyers Association; Zhu Dongwei, Director of the Construction Engineering and Real Estate Professional Committee of Heilongjiang Provincial Lawyers Association; and nearly 100 directors, partners, and financial personnel from law firms across the city participated in this training.

The training session was fortunate to invite Gao Tianzi, a member of the National Lawyers Association's Financial and Tax Committee. Focusing on the theme of "Tax Compliance and Optimization for Lawyers and Law Firms," she gave an insightful explanation and sharing from three dimensions: "Challenges Faced by Existing Law Firm Models," "Analysis of the Current Status of Tax Risks for Law Firms and Lawyers," and "Optimized Arrangements for Comprehensive Tax Compliance for Lawyers." She also engaged in on-site interaction with the participants. Through vivid case analyses, lawyers present gained a deep understanding of the importance of tax compliance to the development of law firms and individual lawyers.

This training provided a fresh perspective and broadened the horizons for lawyers across the province on professional tax issues. It effectively strengthened the tax risk awareness of law firms, improved the level of tax compliance management of law firms, and played a positive warning role in improving the tax risk and compliance awareness of law firms and lawyers across the province, providing insights into tax compliance optimization for lawyers and law firms. It provided strong support for enterprises to better utilize tax preferential policies, strengthen tax compliance awareness, and achieve tax compliance and sound and steady growth.
