• Enterprise labor and personnel compliance audit
• Organize, review, revise, and formulate labor regulations
• Draft all agreements related to labor and personnel management, including but not limited to employment contracts, confidentiality and non-competition agreements, intellectual property protection agreements, training agreements, performance appraisal agreements, and resignation agreements
• Design equity incentive plans
• Handle matters related to the termination of employment contracts and corporate layoffs
• Provide solutions for employee relations in corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, divisions, and liquidation
• Provide employee recruitment and pre-employment screening services for employees (including senior management)
• Design flexible employment plans (including labor dispatch, part-time employment, and labor outsourcing)
• Provide social insurance, housing provident fund, and welfare benefit plans
• Provide services related to the employment of foreigners in China
• Assist enterprises in establishing trade unions and employee representative conferences
• Participate in labor-management negotiations and assist in resolving collective disputes in enterprises
• Assist enterprises in negotiating and signing collective contracts
• Participate in dispute resolution, including mediation, and represent in labor disputes and personnel disputes in arbitration and litigation
• Provide open training and in-house training on labor law
